Bend Real Estate Photography
I’m a Bend real estate photographer with close to three decades behind the camera — listing, luxury & vacation-rental photography delivered in 24–48 hours.
A Bend real estate photographer who knows the neighborhoods
Bend isn’t one market — it’s a dozen of them. A craftsman in NorthWest Crossing sells to a different buyer than a golf-course home at Tetherow, and neither is shot the same way as a river-front property off Century Drive or a 1920s bungalow in Old Bend. Close to three decades behind the camera — close to a decade of it here in Central Oregon — have taught me which of those buyers is scrolling your listing, and what makes them stop.
That means knowing when the light clears Pilot Butte in the morning, which Awbrey Butte lots hold their Cascade view and which lose it behind the pines, and how to make a compact Westside home feel open instead of cramped. It’s the difference between photos that document a house and photos that sell one.
I shoot for agents, homeowners, builders and vacation-rental owners all over Bend — from first listings under $500k to luxury estates — and every one of them gets the same treatment: bright, honest, true-to-life images, back in your hands in 24–48 hours.
Photography for every kind of Bend property
- Homes & condos — from Westside bungalows to NorthWest Crossing craftsman homes and Old Mill District condos, shot bright and true-to-life.
- Luxury & view properties — Awbrey Butte, Tetherow, Broken Top and Shevlin Park estates, with twilight sessions that show off the Cascade views.
- Aerial & drone — FAA Part 107-licensed aerials that put a Bend property in context: the river, the buttes, the mountains and the lot lines.
- Vacation rentals — Airbnb & VRBO-ready galleries for Bend’s short-term-rental market, near the Old Mill, the river trail and Mt. Bachelor.
- 3D tours & video — Zillow 3D tours and walk-through video for out-of-area buyers who need to tour before they fly in.
Bend is my core service area — no travel surcharge anywhere in town, including Sunriver, Tumalo and the Cascade Lakes corridor.
Where I shoot in Bend
Every corner of Bend photographs differently, and after close to a decade shooting here I’ve learned the quirks of each one:
- NorthWest Crossing & Discovery West — modern craftsman architecture and tight lots that reward careful lens choice and clean verticals.
- Awbrey Butte & Awbrey Glen — elevation and Cascade views; twilight and aerials do the heavy lifting here.
- Old Bend, Drake Park & the Westside — historic character homes near Mirror Pond where the goal is warmth, not wide-angle distortion.
- Old Mill District & the river corridor — condos and townhomes where river and trail access is the whole story.
- Tetherow, Broken Top & Widgi Creek — golf-course and resort properties shot for a second-home buyer looking from out of state.
- Southeast & Northeast Bend — newer subdivisions and family homes around Pilot Butte, Larkspur and Mountain High.
- Tumalo, Sunriver & the outskirts — acreage, ranch and resort properties where aerials show the land, not just the house.
Why the photos matter more in Bend than almost anywhere
A huge share of Bend buyers are shopping from somewhere else — Portland, Seattle, the Bay Area, Denver. They’re not driving by your open house on a Sunday; they’re scrolling Zillow on a phone at night, three states away, deciding in about four seconds whether your listing is worth a second look. Your photos aren’t marketing the home. They are the showing.
So I shoot for that buyer: bright, natural, accurate images that load fast, hold up on a phone screen, and don’t set up a disappointment when someone finally walks through the door. No warped wide angles, no cranked HDR, no sky replacements that fool nobody. Just the house, at its best, honestly.
You also get a 24–48 hour turnaround, so your listing goes live while the interest is hot, and straightforward pricing with no travel fees anywhere in Bend. Scheduling is easy because I’m right here in Central Oregon — I can often shoot on short notice and come back for a twilight or drone session if the weather doesn’t cooperate the first time.
Bend real estate photography — common questions
How much does real estate photography cost in Bend?
Packages are priced by home size and what you need — photos only, or photos plus drone, twilight, 3D tour and video. Full details are on my pricing page, and there’s never a travel fee inside Bend.
How fast will I get my photos?
Standard delivery is 24–48 hours, and most Bend shoots land closer to 24. Need it faster for a listing going live tomorrow? Ask and I’ll do my best to rush it.
Do you fly drones in Bend?
Yes — I’m an FAA Part 107-certified remote pilot and insured. Most of Bend is clear airspace, though properties near Bend Municipal Airport may need an authorization, which I handle in advance.
What areas around Bend do you cover?
All of Bend with no travel surcharge, plus Sunriver, Tumalo, Redmond, Sisters, Eagle Crest, Prineville and the rest of Central Oregon.
Can you shoot twilight photos?
Absolutely, and in Bend they’re worth it. A twilight exterior with the Cascades behind it is consistently one of the strongest-performing images in a listing set.
