How much does real estate photography cost in Bend?
Packages run $229 to $749. The Starter package ($229) covers homes up to 1,000 sq ft with 15–20 edited photos, and the most popular Mid package ($399) adds 4–6 aerial drone photos, a Zillow 3D tour and a floor plan. There’s no travel fee anywhere in Bend, Redmond or Sisters. Every package and add-on is listed on the pricing page.
How fast will I get my photos?
Photos are delivered within 24–48 hours of the shoot. HD video tours take 48–96 hours, and a $99 rush option is available when a listing has to go live fast.
What areas do you serve?
I’m based in Sisters and photograph homes across Bend, Redmond, Sisters and everywhere between, including Tumalo, Eagle Crest and Black Butte Ranch, with no travel fee inside a 20-mile radius of Tumalo. Terrebonne and Powell Butte add a $45 travel fee.
Do you offer drone photos and Zillow 3D tours?
Yes. I’m an FAA Part 107 licensed drone pilot and a Zillow Certified Photographer. Aerial photos start at $99 as an add-on and are included from the Mid package up; a Zillow 3D tour and floor plan are included from the Entry package ($329) up.
Who is behind Pro Property Photos?
Pro Property Photos is a one-person business run by Wasim Muklashy, a Sisters-based photographer who has been photographing real estate since 2008, with close to three decades behind the camera. I’m a Google Trusted Photographer and Zillow Certified, rated 5.0 on Google, and I shoot every listing myself.
Do I need to be there for the shoot?
Not necessarily. Many agents provide lockbox or door-code access and let me handle it. If the home is occupied, a quick walk-through helps, and a little prep (lights on, blinds open, clutter cleared) goes a long way.
