Below are the COVID19 precautions we are taking at Pro Property Photos by Wasim in order to be able to safely serve your real estate photography needs.

First and foremost, I genuinely hope that you and yours are safe and healthy as we navigate through these challenging times. Please take care of yourselves and those around you.

Furthermore, I wanted to assure you and inform you of the precautions I’m personally taking to assure of you my abilities to safely and efficiently perform my services to you. I am well, healthy and vaccinated and continue to minimize all public contact according to any and all local guidelines and regulations. I also get tested on a regular basis. Additionally, these are the steps I’m taking prior to each shoot:

–Washing my hands upon departure to location.
–Wearing face-mask upon arrival at location.
–Sanitizing my hands before entering each new location.
–Using fresh gloves for each location upon request.
–Removing my shoes before entering each location upon request.
-If preferable to you, wearing an authorized N95 face mask before entering the unit.

If the property is prepared to the standards of this checklist, it is possible for me to photograph the unit without touching anything in the property, save for possible adjusting mini-blind cords or lights, and additionally, I can shoot the unit without anyone being there using a keycode or lockbox.

While we work our way through this period, I also wanted to offer the idea that this could be a great time for Virtual Tours. This way, you can offer prospective buyers the opportunity to tour properties from the comfort and safety of their own homes.
